Join usWhen you arrive at a meeting, you will be warmly welcomed and introduced to club members. The start of the meeting is a casual opportunity to network and get to know other guests or members of the club.
The meeting is structured in three parts. First, there will be "Table Topics" which are short impromptu speaking opportunities for both guests and members. As a guest, we encourage you to tackle any fears and try your hand at a "Table Topic," but you can also choose to just observe if you don't feel ready.
After a short break, the second part of the evening will be an opportunity for club members to present their prepared speeches. These speeches are longer speaking opportunities, and each one is tailored to the speaker's chosen speaking path.
Finally, the last part of the meeting is for evaluations, where each speaker of the evening will receive feedback highlighting their strengths as well as areas for improvement so they can continue to grow in their abilities as an effective speaker.
Becoming member of the club is easy. Come as a guest for free to any meeting and ask for the Vice President of Memberships who will guide you through the membership application process.
